1. No Refund Policy
All services provided by Quantro are non-refundable. Our plans are pre-generated and delivered electronically after payment. Since these are digital, non-tangible products, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing our plans, customers acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

In the event of any dispute or chargeback, Quantro reserves the right to provide relevant evidence, including proof of delivery and service descriptions, to contest the claim. Clients agree to attempt resolution directly with Quantro before engaging external dispute mechanisms.
