Shipping Policy
At Quantro, all our services are delivered digitally via email. No physical shipping is required. Below are the terms for our digital delivery process:
1. Delivery Method
All pre-generated plans are delivered electronically via email in the form of a Word document. Once payment is confirmed, the plan will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Plans are typically delivered within three (3) business days of payment confirmation. In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via email.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Once the plan is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive the plan or encounter issues accessing the document, you must contact us at info@quantroapp.com within 24 hours of the confirmation email. Failure to do so within 24 hours is considered acceptance of the delivery, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Incorrect Email Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address. Quantro is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address. If notified promptly, we will attempt to resend the plan to the correct address.
5. No Physical Shipping
As all services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees or physical deliveries.
6. Refunds and Returns
